Payment
Mirayla accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard.

Payment will only be debited to your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.

When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card, until we withdraw or reject the payment.

All amounts on the website include VAT.

Mirayla uses a secure payment server that encrypts all information with SSL protocol, which means your data is secure and cannot be read by other outsiders.

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is typically 1-4 days. Delivery area: We deliver to all countries within the EU and EEA. Mirayla ships goods with the following: Pickup, GLS - Business, GLS - Private, GLS - Parcelshop

The freight is calculated based on weight.

You will be able to choose between having the package sent "without delivery" or "with delivery". You will always receive a track and trace number so that you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.

Once the unused item has reached the store, its price will be refunded within 7 working days.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words – you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store. If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it as used, which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the item's commercial value. In order to receive the full purchase amount back, you must therefore do the same as you can in a physical store. You may test the product, but not actually use it.

Right of complaint
There is a 2-year right to complain in accordance with the Purchase Act. The right to complain applies to defects in material or manufacturing. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product.

Returns of orders placed are deducted DKK 25. Use the attached return label or write to kontakt@fruitamager.dk. Please mark the return with your order number so that they can look it up in the warehouse – the number can be found on the order confirmation that you received by mail.

Right of complaint
There is a 2-year warranty on products in accordance with the Danish Sales Act. The right to complain applies to all errors in software, material and manufacturing.

Complaint regarding errors and defects must be notified to Mirayla within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods. Here the max. two months as a reasonable time, unless otherwise agreed. We will refund reasonable shipping costs.

The complaint is waived in the event of incorrect or unusual operation of the product.

Mirayla covers the return costs to a reasonable extent.

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.
